What happens when Men retire from the Sydney Men's Choir?
They join the "Men's Shed Chorale"

                          Book Early !
The Men’s Shed Chorale was formed 5 years ago by a couple of men who had been singing together for many years. They decided that they wanted to form a choir to sing in a relaxed way while aiming to produce the highest quality music that they could while encouraging a highly social atmosphere.

At first a few singers sang round a piano at one of their homes, followed by lunch.
It has now developed into a choir singing a varied repertoire, which boasts over 25 members and which performs up to 25 concerts every year.

They have a very varied repertoire and are always looking for and bringing in new music. Here's an example of the range of songs from a recent concert –

Let there be music; Fly me to the moon; Be still my soul; A nightingale sang in Berkeley Square;
Sunshine in my soul; A place in the choir; Anthem from Chess; Give us a song; Soon and very soon;
Bui Doi; We're gonna put on a show; Kings of swing; Save the last dance for me; Calon Lan;
An American trilogy; Gwahoddiad; You make me feel so young; Nessum Dorma; Amen
